Mexico City: after almost eight years as a cornerstone of the underground, YuYu Cine Club closed its doors for a brief hiatus. Once hidden beneath a 19th-century house in Colonia Juárez, the club now finds a new home in a former casino in CDMX — a space reimagined to reignite the city’s electronic scene and elevate the nightlife experience.
September 2025: this next chapter begins in collaboration with the artists and promoters who helped define YuYu’s legacy — including Paurro, DJ Tennis, Nicola Cruz, Derretida, and more — bringing together past and present voices that have shaped the club’s sound and identity.
More than just a club, YuYu returns as a cultural platform — a beacon for the renaissance of Mexico’s underground. The new venue also features a spacious cinema for screenings and an integrated bar, reinforcing its role as a multi-purpose cultural hub. With a powerful lineup, immersive sound, and enveloping lighting, it promises to stir the senses and reawaken the city’s nocturnal soul.
